Thursday’s Doors ~ Country Roads: Lazy Man’s Rest

Image

Doors open in the winter
Door open to friends
and farming neighbors.

Lazy Man’s Rest
seems to show
a sense of self-
deprecation.

Also, a broad sense
of humor towards
one and all,
set close to
the corner
of one
busy
road
and
a less
busy
lane.

Does the green
crop look like
winter wheat
or soy beans,
tough and hardy?

I am a city girl
from Cleveland
so don’t expect
me to know
answer!

This post is part of
an ongoing series
of doors from
everywhere.

Please check
out Norm
Frampton
who has
links of
doors:

  1. That’s a very nice photo Robin. I love the composition and the color of the bark against the hazy sky. It does look kind like a lazy day. The kind where I’d want to be snuggled up near a fire.

  2. I can’t see the crops well enough to guess, but I love the barn! Gorgeous lighting and fog feature — however did you schedule that weather? πŸ˜‰
    Great doors, Robin! x
