Look of shock upon
baby’s face.

What in the world?

Snow
and
little red
bumpy thing.

School’s off,
Snow day,
Together,
his brother
and sisters.

Fun,
Giggly,
Cheerful,
Exuberant
Moments

    • Thank you for feeling he is a sensible baby, Colleen! He is quite puzzled by the cold, Mommy saying, “Look over here, baby!” Everyone laughing and making noise in many directions. Sliding down a small hill made him smile and get happy later.

    • I am happy you felt that his expression shows a rather sensible baby! ๐Ÿ™‚ Put us on plastic and out in cold weather with siblings and we may for our first time look shocked. Thanks! ๐Ÿ™‚

      • I have 2 step grandkids, DIL was “rescued” single Mom. She and my son had 3 more! ๐Ÿ™‚ Two girls I call the M & M girls and Hendrix. They have been married 7 and a half years.
My oldest daughter will be 36 in March and has two boys, Skyler is 11 and Micah is 6. So, 7 “grandies!” Thank you for asking! ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. It is fun to witness babies experiencing new things. Their facial expressions are so revealing!

I remember when my first daughter was little, I hooked a sled around my waist like the one Hendrix is sitting in, and I pulled her while I was x-country skiing. I just had to remember to start slow because the first time I jerked the sled she did a reverse somersault out the back of the sled. She was not happy! – Mike

    • I liked that you took your first daughter with you while cross country skiing, Mike. The first abrupt “take off” makes a funny story now, but I sm sure it startled her (but she would have been all padded up!)

    • Oh, he was giggling while he got pushed down the hill, Marissa. The camera still puzzles my grandson! It is a phone with noise, music and sometimes people saying, “Hendrix, look over here!”

    • Marissa, I will be visiting your newest post tomorrow after work. I had a fun time up at my Mom’s but didn’t have much of a chance to blog. (Grocery shopping, lunch out, laundry, making up bed, dinner, law and order plus 2 Hallmark movies.)
I got my state and Federal income taxes completed. At home now watching the Super Bowl. ๐Ÿ™‚

      • I had a rather rough weekend myself and ended up having to delete a lot of blogs. Luckily I don’t like sports so now is a good time for me to be catching up. I’ll see you when I see you!

      • I am so sorry you ended up deleting some blogs, Marissa. I hope none were posts you wrote.
I was able to read your great posts tonight and catch up. Hope to hear you had peace and quiet with Super Bowl off or turned down low. โ™ก

    • I wish I didn’t have to work on this snow day! So glad my DIL, Trista, sent this to me. Thanks for noticing his hat, Lana. ๐Ÿ™‚
I am also happy Hendrix didn’t inherit my son’s sensitive skin. He used to get “chapped cheeks” in the winter.

    • Wow, this is a special idea, Judy. All the cute things, animals and kids could merit the “Love” button. I try not to post too often but he is the last grandbaby for a few years, Judy. (Until my youngest gets married and possibly has a baby.)

    • Yes, Hendrix is possibly my last grandchild. My son and daughter are “finished” but my 30 year old dates an older man who has children. I hope they will someday get married and have a baby. Thanks for asking, Mithai.

      • Yess I too hope that one day they get married and have a beautiful baby ๐Ÿ™‚ Its gonna be very fun for you once again playing with a toddler!! ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€

    • Thanks so much for looking back at this photograph. My son has three children added to 2 stepchildren. No more in this family since he had surgery after his only son was born. I love all 5 grandies since they come as a bunch.
My oldest daughter will be 36; so her 2 precious boys of 11 and 6 will be all for her. Thanks for learning a bit about my family. โ™ก Tomorrow back to library yo visit on other blogs. I use my cell phone to stay on wordpress and my own blog. ๐Ÿ™‚
