Industrial “blues”

The close up of the industrial

scene lighted up with the

natural sun starting to set.

Cement company still thriving!

    • This is great to know since we have more around here, Dan. Now, if I can just get my doors post on actual Thursday this week, I will be running on most cylinders. . . πŸ˜€

  1. When we first moved to the outskirts of this town about 25 years ago the main roads were navigable. Now they’ve been widened and lit. More traffic lights than I want to bother to count and the land in between is being build up and up and up. At least there is a library that I can walk to (when the weather is good) and the smelting company is gone… but to much of nature is gone.
So yep, I get it the industrial blues. Too much light pollution too.

Happy New Year! And lets hope we can make it through the next four years of politics. I’ve never being extremely political…I am in awe more and more about how money talks and the masses don’t seem to get heard. Maybe our grandchildren can fix things πŸ™‚

    Hugs, Jules

    • Oh my goodness, Jules! Happy New year to you, your husband, son and daughter in-law plus the sweet prince and princess. ❀
The effects of industrialized society have taken toll on nature. Sorry to hear much of the land is gone. We have three parks in our small town. We also have university property with an arboretum (I live next to it, in my apt building.)
I hope the political world can be improved and possibly changed. . . I am appalled that the gas line is going through the Native American reservation. We can still carry our torches of hope, love, peace and acceptance. πŸ™‚ Hugs, Robin xo

    • It does look like it could have some super heroes jumping off it or maybe a re-filmed version of the ending of “The Fugitive,” Diana! It is rather nicely kept for a cement company. Thank you. πŸ™‚

    • Anneli, those are three nice comments! I am pleased the plant is operational and agree, there are jobs filled here. I appreciate your positive opinion on my picture. Thanks so much! πŸ™‚
