Healthy veggies

You know the colors of vegetables~

Red orange yellow green purple

tan, brown and burgundy.

Only color missing is blue!

If you order dressing, add a bit of

blue cheese and you haven’t left

out any of the rainbows’ colors.

This is Core Life restaurant

food line, where you order at

counter, what you like to eat!

Build your own meal and hope you

get a chance to eat a rainbow

which is Not Starbursts!

  1. YUM!! Nothing like colorful fresh veggies. I’ll go with the red pepper, the green zucchini, the yellow squash, the green lettuce (perhaps an egg for protein white) and then yes, blue cheese to top it off. πŸ™‚

    • I try to create a variety of posts featuring other people and lifestyles. I love my town and grandkids but this is a nice reminder, like you said. Thanks, Chris! πŸ™‚

  2. I love it that a healthy diet includes eating lots of colors. Eating colors! It sounds like magic. Ha ha. Lots of colors in your photo, Robin. And you even got some blue in there! πŸ˜€

    • I like the concept of “eating colors!” This was a fun response, Diana. πŸ™‚
It was a change of pace post. I hope soon my son at his house and oldest daughter at hers will be checking out starter veggies. So nice to have two gardens to raid! πŸ˜‰

    • Sure they do, Dan! I think the tastiest jelly beans have “fruit pectin” in them. My grandson told me donuts have wheat flour in them. . . as well as apple fritters have fruit, too. πŸ™‚
